Cleaning Policy (Important)

Standard procedure: Guests are expected to clean the house themselves before departure. This helps us keep the property in good condition and offer fair pricing to all guests.

To make this clear and manageable, we work with two checklists:

• Mandatory Light Departure Check – this must always be completed by all guests
• Additional Self-Cleaning Checklist – required when you clean the house yourself (standard)

If you prefer not to clean the house yourself, you may request a professional cleaning service for 750 SEK.

• The cleaning service must be requested in advance
• Subject to availability
• When booked, only the Mandatory Light Departure Check applies

Heating & Air Conditioning

• Set the air-source heat pump to 20°C before departure
• Exception: June, July and August
• Turn air conditioning off

Mandatory Light Departure Check

Required for all guests

Purpose: Leave the house in a normal, tidy and respectful condition. A full cleaning will be handled afterwards if a cleaning service is booked.

Before Departure

• Dispose of all trash in the outdoor containers
• Empty the refrigerator and freezer
• Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher
• Close all windows and lock all doors
• Return the keys as agreed

Important

• Report any damage, defects or accidents immediately
• Leave the house normally tidy
