Information about heating, comfort and using the wood stove
The stuga is heated primarily by an air-source heat pump, which provides comfortable and efficient heating throughout the year. The heat pump is designed to maintain a stable temperature and can remain on both day and night.
For a comfortable indoor climate, we recommend setting the heat pump to 22°C. There is no need to lower the temperature at night.
Outside the summer season, the heating must never be turned off. This is important to prevent freezing and damage to the property.
The bathroom is equipped with an additional heater. Please leave this heater switched on at all times, as it helps maintain comfort and prevents moisture-related issues.
There are also electric heaters located upstairs and downstairs in the living areas. These heaters cannot be adjusted manually and function as backup heating for the heat pump.
The stuga also has a wood-burning stove, which may be used during your stay. One bag of firewood is included. Additional bags can be purchased if needed.
